Shipping policy

Processing time — 7-10 Business days. We're a small business with 3 folks fulfilling orders. Patience is a virtue. 

Shipping methods — We utilize USPS for 95% of our shipping fulfillments. 

Shipping costs — Flat Rate of $8, Express at $15 and Free Shipping for orders over $99.

Order tracking — Once shipping label is created, order will be updated with tracking number and emailed to customer. 

Domestic vs. international — Currently, as this phase of our brand development, we only offer shipping within the United States. 

Lost or damaged packages — What you'll do if a shipment goes missing or arrives damaged

Address errors — Customer is 100% responsible if they enter the wrong address. Obviously, we will do everything No Ma'am can do to assist locating the package.

Local Pickup - We do offer local pickup in Brandon, MS. Location is communicated via email to the customer once package is ready for pickup.
