Lynn Arnold, Ambassador

Lynn has been married for 17 years and a proud boy mom, my life revolves around baseball, football, hunting, fishing—and early mornings. I’m a cardiovascular technologist at UMMC, currently working in the cardiac cath lab, with an ER background that taught me grit, resilience, and how to perform under pressure.

I began my fitness journey at Flowood Fit Body Boot Camp a year and a half ago, and it has truly changed me. My very first workout was January 8, 2025, and since then I’ve checked off goal after goal—including recently hitting 400 workouts before June 5. I’m a dedicated 5 AM gym-goer Monday through Friday, plus Saturdays at 7:45. If work gets in the way, I show up later—because consistency matters.

I’m the one who will push you to go just a few more seconds, one more rep, or dig a little deeper—because I truly believe you are stronger than you THINK you are. Encouraging others through tough moments is one of my favorite parts of training.

I’m incredibly honored to be chosen as a NO MAAM ambassador. Being recognized reminds me that hard work—for myself and for others—matters. If I can help even one person walk through the door to start taking care of themselves, I’ll be their biggest cheerleader.

Fair warning: my mouth sometimes acts before my brain, and my face definitely does. I’ve been told people meet my face before they meet me—and honestly, I can live with that 😉

The women I’ve met through NO MAAM are strong, empowering, fearless, and driven. They have guts and glory, don’t back down from a challenge, and are proud of how far they’ve come—while already chasing what’s next.
